How to Close a Position

App Version

  1. Log in to the TriiiX app and go to [Trading].
  2. Tap [Close Position] (the default order type is "Open Position"). You can choose to place the order using either a Limit Order or Market Order, then enter the quantity you wish to close.
  3. Finally, select the direction for closing: [Sell to Close Long] or [Buy to Close Short] to complete the process.

Market Order:

The order will be executed immediately.

Limit Order:

The order will appear under [Active Orders]. To cancel an individual order, click [Cancel Order]. To cancel multiple orders at once, use the [Cancel All Orders] button and confirm the action in the pop-up prompt.

Before closing a position, ensure you hold an active position. Refer to the "Simple Trading Process for Perpetual Contracts" to learn how to place an order.

  1. Log in to your TriiiX account and navigate to [Swap].
  2. Click [Close Position] (the default order type is "Open Position"). You can choose to place the order using either a Limit Order or Market Order, then enter the quantity you wish to close.
  3. Finally, select the direction for closing: [Sell to Close Long] or [Buy to Close Short] to complete the process.
