Application Channels
To ensure your account security, if you need to change your linked phone number, please submit an application through the following channels:
Method 1: Via the App
- Open Support: Tap the "Headset" icon in the upper right corner of the App home page to open the customer service chat window.
- Enter Request: Type the keyword in the chat box: "Change mobile phone number".
- Submit Info: The bot will guide you to provide verification details. Please provide accurate information (Name, Registered Email, User ID, Reason for change, and upload required verification documents).
- Human Review: The bot will forward your information to a live support agent for review.
- Processing Time: The manual review process takes approximately 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your patience is appreciated.
- Notification: The result or request for additional documents will be sent via email to your registered address.
Method 2: Via the Web
- Log in to the official website and submit your change request and verification documents through the live chat system in the bottom right corner.
