We provide tutorials for both Web and App versions.
Web Version
1. Click Forgot Password on the TriiiX login page.
2. Enter your email address and click “Click to Get.” Then, check your email inbox for the code and enter it in the Verification Code field.
3. Enter a new login password
4. Re-enter the new login password
5. Once the change is successful, you will be returned to the login page with a Success notification. You can log in using the new password.
APP Version
1. Open the TriiiX app and select Forgot Password.
Note: If you've reached the maximum password attempts on the app, please contact customer service for assistance.
2. Enter your TriiiX account email address
3. Click Send and receive the verification code at your registered email address.
4. Enter the verification code from the email that we sent to you..
5. Enter the new password twice.
6. Click Confirm to submit
7. Once the change is successful, you will be returned to the login page with a Success notification. You can log in using the new password.
