This article provides tutorials for both the app and the web version.
APP Version
1. Log in to the TriiiX APP
2. Click the icon in the upper right corner to access your profile.
3. Select Security
4. Select Login Password.
5. Enter your original login password.
6. Enter your new password twice.
7. Select Send to geta verification code.
8. After receiving the verification code in your email, enter the verification code.
Note: The verification code expires in 10 minutes. Please enter and complete the verification within the time limit.
9. Click Save to continue.
10. Once the password change is complete, you will be returned to the homepage with a Success message. You can then log in using your new password.
Web Version
- Log in to the TriiiX website and click on Personal Center in the top right corner.
- Click Modify to change your login password.
3. Enter your original login password.
4. Enter your new password twice.
6. Select Click to Get to send a verification code to your email.
7. Receive the verification code in your email and enter it.
8. Click Save
9. If the password change is successful, a notification saying Success will appear.
