Web Version
There are two ways to check your deposit records:
Method 1:
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Go to the upper-right corner and click on "Personal Center."
- Click on "Fund Management" → "Deposit" in the left sidebar. You can then choose the cryptocurrency you want to check, and the deposit records will be displayed below.
Method 2:
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Go to the upper-right corner and click on "Personal Center."
- Click on "Fund Management" → "Transaction History." Then, select "Deposit" in the "Type" field and click "Search" to view your deposit records.
App Version
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Click on "Wallet" at the bottom.
- Click the "Details" button in the upper-right corner, then select "Deposit Records."
- You can now view your deposit records.
