Web Version
There are two methods to check your withdrawal records:
Method 1:
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Go to the "Personal Center" in the top-right corner.
- Click on "Fund Management" → "Withdrawal" in the left sidebar.
- Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to check, and your withdrawal records will be displayed below.
Method 2:
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Go to the "Personal Center" in the top-right corner.
- Click on "Fund Management" → "Transaction History" in the left sidebar.
- In the "Type" column, select "Withdrawal" and click "Search" to view your withdrawal records.
App Version
- Log in to your TriiiX account.
- Tap on the "Wallet" at the bottom.
- Tap on the "Details" at the top right, and select "Withdrawal Records."
- You will be able to see your withdrawal records.
