🛑 IMPORTANT: Read Before Preparing Documents

Physical Paper Documents Only: We only accept direct photographs of physical paper documents. Electronic bills (e.g., PDF files, web page screenshots) or digital scans are prohibited.
- The first page of the document must be clearly visible.
- All data within the document must be legible/readable.
- Your personal information must be clearly identifiable.
- ⚠️ No Screenshots or "Re-photographing": We do not accept electronic screenshots, nor photos taken of another electronic screen (e.g., using a phone to photograph a computer screen displaying an electronic bill).
- ⚠️ No Photocopies: Black-and-white photocopies are NOT acceptable.
- Essential Elements: The document must include the issue date, the issuing authority's name, and official branding (e.g., logo, contact information, or website).
- Validity Period: The document must be issued within the last 6 months (unless specified otherwise below).

Category 1: Personal Bills & Correspondence

Bank / Credit Card Statement: Including transaction receipts or confirmations issued by licensed financial institutions.
- Note: The document must include your full name and residential address, and must be issued within the last 3 months.
- Utility Bills: Water, Electricity, or Gas.
- Tax Bills: Income tax, property tax, or other official tax assessments.

Communication Bills: Internet, Cable TV, or Home Phone.
- Note: Mobile-only bills are NOT accepted unless part of a bundle (e.g., Internet + TV + Mobile).
- Government/Official Letters: Official letters issued by government agencies or officials (must be within the last 3 months).
- Property Documents: Property titles, home insurance certificates, or mortgage statements.
Category 2: Lease Agreements

Valid Rental Agreement: Accepted as long as the contract is currently in effect (not subject to the 6-month rule).
- Note: Expired contracts are invalid.
Category 3: For University Students
- Student Financial Aid/Loans: Official letters for government-funded student loans or grants sent to your current address.
- Government Tenancy Proof: Lease registration or confirmation issued by state agencies or housing boards (valid within 1 year).
Category 4: Family Member's Bill & Proof of Relationship
If you reside with family and the utility bills are in their name, please submit both of the following:
- Physical Utility Bill: (Water, Electricity, Gas, or Internet) in the relative's name.
- Proof of Relationship: (Choose one) Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Legal Guardian Documents, or Household Registration.
Important Reminders

Document Exclusivity: The address proof cannot be the same document used for your Identity Verification (eKYC).
- Example: If you used a Malaysian ID for KYC, you must use a different document (e.g., a bank statement) for address proof.
- Exceptions: China, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Germany, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Morocco, Slovakia.
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): If you were previously notified by CS for "Enhanced Review," documents used in that process cannot be reused for standard address verification.

ID Validity:
- Permanent Residency Card: Must have at least 6 months of validity remaining.
- National ID: Must have at least 3 months validity remaining (IDs without an expiry date are considered valid).

- Path: Tap “Personal Center" (top right) > Select " Verification".
2. Upgrade: Tap "Identity Verification" > "Upgrade."
3. Risk Control Review: TriiiX conducts reviews for AML compliance. Please fill in all information accurately.

4. Information & Document Upload: Fill in the following fields and click "Next":
- Country/Region: Select your country of residence.
- Zip Code: Enter your local zip/postal code.
- Residential Address: The address must match the one on your document.
Please note: The address entered must exactly match the address on your document.
- Address Proof Document: Select your document type and click "Click to Upload." For eligible types, refer to the "Accepted Document Categories" section at the top.
5. Submit: Click "Submit" after uploading.
6. Review: Takes 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).

- Path: Log in > "User Center" > "Account Setting" > "Security Setting" > "Identity Verification" > "Upgrade."
- Risk Control Review: TriiiX conducts AML compliance reviews.
