Before performing identity verification (eKYC), please confirm the following:
- Document Preparation: Please have your identification documents ready (e.g., Passport, National ID, or Driver's License).
- Confirm Region: Due to differing compliance requirements in various regions, please select your location accordingly.

2. Execution Steps
Step 1: Access the Verification Center
- Open and log in to the TriiiX App.
- Tap the [Profile] icon (circular avatar) in the top right corner.
- Tap [Identity Verification] to enter the page.
After reviewing the reminders, tap [Start Verification].
Step 2: Select Region
- Please select based on your actual current location.
- To comply with global operational requirements and ensure the highest quality of service, TriiiX has adjusted registration access for certain countries and regions.

Step 3: Enter Personal Details
- Fill in your personal details accurately.
- Tip: Please do not use your phone’s "Auto-fill" feature. Manual entry prevents data errors that could lead to verification failure.
Step 4: Upload Documents
- Please select the "Issuing Country" and "Document Type."
- Reminder: The uploaded document must strictly match the personal information entered in the previous step.
- To avoid delays or failures in the review process, please try to avoid using the phone's "Auto-fill" feature.
Step 5: Facial Recognition Verification
- After completing the previous steps, please get your camera ready for the facial verification process.
- Note: Your phone may request "Camera Access" permission; please tap [Allow].
- Position your head within the frame:
- Rotate your head once within the circle. Upon success, "Face scanning complete" will be displayed.
Step 6: Contact Information Verification
- Enter your phone number to verify it.
- Enter your email address and tap [Send Verification Code].
Once verification is successful, the [Completed] page will be displayed.
